Welcome to Candid Conversations, a webinar series hosted by Pride@BCG. This series aims to provide continuous support and guidance to LGBTQ+ candidates on navigating their identities in the corporate world.
About the Series: We launched this conversation series in August 2023 with a powerful session on "How to Present Your Authentic Selves During Recruitment." Led by Kushal Kandhar, Global Director of Pride@BCG, and members of Pride@BCG India. This series is designed to create a safe and supportive space for LGBTQIA+ students and professionals to navigate key moments in their career journeys from recruitment to thriving in the workplace.
We are excited to continue this journey with our next conversation on July 11th. The theme for this year is Transitioning from Campus to Career for LGBTQIA+ Students. Join us for another enlightening session!
