Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
The successful candidate must have:
• Strong academic track record
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong English & Japanese communication skills
• Prior buy side, investment banking, consulting, leveraged finance or securitisation experience is preferred
• Strong financial modeling capabilities including the ability to build LBO model
• Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to operate in a lean team environment
