Key responsibilities are to assist in the financial planning and forecasting processes by gathering and analysing relevant data to support accurate financial reporting, to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data, addressing any discrepancies as needed, to prepare and validate financial reports, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and timelines, to support the implementation and improvement of management accounting systems by providing input and feedback based on user experience, to maintain and update master data within the financial systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy, and to monitor system performance and report any issues or areas for improvement to the lead position.
応募資格(必須経験など)
＜必須 / Required＞
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
•5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related area
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
•Proficiency in financial management software and management accounting systems, specifically SAP BPC, ERP
•Familiarity in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong skills in data analysis and presentation creation.
•Good verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English, with the ability to convey financial information to various stakeholders
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
•A proactive attitude towards learning and improving financial processes and systems.
＜歓迎 / Preferred＞
•A Master’s degree / MBA
•Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA
•Experience in statutory reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
•Experience in managing global finance operation with financial management software (e.g. BPC, Anaplan)
•Advanced skills in Excel and financial modelling, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
•Experience in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial planning and reporting effectiveness.
