This position is a multi-faced role which requires interaction with many key partners, including Portfolio Managers, Product Strategy, Legal & Compliance, HR, Finance and Operations. The successful candidate will have strong relationship management and technical skills, a demonstrated record of results delivery, and intellectual curiosity.
応募資格(必須経験など)
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with knowledge of financial services, operations and /or business management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills including ability to function effectively within a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Demonstrated experience working both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment
• Strong process awareness and ability to recognize and address operational risk issues. Experience in business process analysis, design and implementation
• Creative problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to deliver presentations, coordinate across the firm, and work with team members in all offices across the world
• Basic knowledge of the capital markets, asset classes, financial instruments (equities, fixed income and derivatives) beneficial, but not required
• A real team player who can cope with a truly fast pace with tight deadlines and multiple demands
• Highly innovative with a commercial outlook – always looking for ways to improve and enhance delivery, exuding an entrepreneurial “can-do” attitude
• Interest in financial markets
• Fluent in Japanese language
