In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships.

• Ability to identify problems as they arise and understand when they need to be escalated
• Ability to set out / apply up to date knowledge and best practices to develop solutions that add value to the firm and our internal clients.
• Adaptable and flexible to changes and new challenges
• Keen to learn new skill sets and does so quickly
• Analytical skills, able to digest the requirements, spot the root cause of the issue and suggest a solution in a constructive manner
• Specialist in market knowledge - Equity or Fixed Income products and settlement market rules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
• Presentation skill
• At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this.
