Key Responsibilities
• Conduct sales activities and build deep relationships with branches of mutual fund distributors, especially major securities firms.
• Promote and cover exist and new products to our client’s Sales organization and Branches.
• Build and keep personal and trusting relationships with our focus clients such as large Broker-dealers, Trust Banks, Mega Banks.
• Plan and execute mass marketing plan to non-focus clients such as Regional Banks.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products and financial market.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of marketplace and competitive landscape.
• Closely work with Marketing, Product Specialists, Client Services, and other internal stakeholders including overseas offices to meet client’s need and help generate business.
• Ensures that the Wholesale investment products and services make Fidelity a strong competitive market position and leverage Fidelity’s worldwide resources and experience to build a first-class Wholesale business in Japan.
• Co-work with other team members for both relationship management and fund promotion.

About you
Experience
- 10+ years of Sales experience in Asset Management industry or related industry and have strong relationships with distributors.
- 5+ years of experience in a product-related role in the financial service industry is a plus
Technical skills and knowledge
- Expertise in investment strategies and financial instruments including equities, fixed income, and FX
- Extensive knowledge of investment management business in Japan

- Enthusiastic and flexible attitude with experience working on a wide range of fields - role

- Good working verbal and written communication skills in English preferred
Qualifications
- CFA, CMA, or CAIA preferred
