Key Responsibilities
• Conduct sales activities for OAM/Wrap, DB, FIG prospects to achieve OAM/Wrap, DB, FIG team sales target.
• Engage with consultants to strengthen relation with consultants.
• Maintains and strengthens existing OAM/Wrap, DB, FIG client satisfaction through quarterly review meeting, timely responses to inquiries, contacts to provide information and new product proposals
• As member of OAM, DB, FIG Sales team and Japan institutional business Division, contributes to the team by collaborating with other members to achieve organizational goals.
• Support to create client specific RFPs in some cases for Japan business
• Maintain contacts and meeting notes in Fidelity’s CRM system (Salesforce)

Experience and Qualifications Required
• Working experience in institutional team of Japan Asset Managers/Trust Banks/Life Insurers is preferred
• Working in English environment
• Strong interpersonal / communication skill (written and oral)
• Strong ability to build internal and external network
• Understanding of Investments
• Focus on delivering excellent customer service
• Team player (act as team, respect others)
• Adaptable to work under pressure in changing environment
• Willing to be flexible
