Starting in August, our global Technology Analyst Program (TAP) consists of an 8-week immersive training curriculum which accelerates talent, enabling them to become productive technologists quickly and poised to build long careers at Morgan Stanley. The program includes an orientation to Technology globally, intensive technical training, introduction to proprietary technologies, and functional training culminating in a group project. A key component of TAP is supporting Analysts to build strong global and regional peer networks. The comprehensive skills acquired during our training programs provide the tools necessary for Analysts to advance in their careers.
Following TAP, Analysts will embark on a three-year journey of ongoing education, aimed at enhancing both their technical and professional abilities. The curriculum is designed to foster continuous growth and development.
We also offer a 4-week training program in computer science fundamentals for individuals without a computer science background or those who would benefit from additional support. The program takes place in July, prior to the main curriculum above. This ensures that all our Analysts, regardless of their educational background, begin their core training with confidence.

Qualifications and Skills
• You are pursuing either a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate’s degree, with a graduation date between September 2024 and July 2025.
• Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork, analytical skills and possess a can-do attitude.
• Able to demonstrate detail orientation, critical thinking, and ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
• Experience in the financial services sector is not required.
